Responsibilities :

• Providing nursing treatments and services, including blood testing and colonic hydrotherapy, in accordance with CHIVA SOM Health and Wellness standards.
• Conducting medical consultations with guests to ensure program and treatment compatibility and offering guidance as needed.
• Making necessary medical bookings for guests.
• Preparing guests for treatments by explaining the procedures and addressing their questions.
• Ensuring the comfort of guests during and after treatments and monitoring their well-being.
• Monitoring guests with medical conditions to ensure the suitability and benefits of programs and treatments, and collaborating with other departments as necessary.
• Accurately and professionally promoting departmental products, treatments, and services.
• Setting up treatment rooms, maintaining product and equipment stock, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
• Organizing the medical section, liaising with other health professionals, and suggesting process improvements.
• Promoting Wellness services to guests.
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with monthly reports.
• Reporting any incidents involving staff or guests to management.
• Following daily checklists and understanding your tasks thoroughly.
• Handling guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining and updating guest records and history with essential information.
• Preparing and submitting reports, including guest and staff incidents, daily revenue summaries, subject objective assessment plans, and logbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid nursing license
• Proven experience as a Colonic Nurse or in a similar role
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a health and wellness resort.
• Knowledge of Colonic hydrotherapy.
