Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in marketing/media, sales, business development, or business strategy.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally and developing business strategies.
- Experience with commercial negotiations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with people management, leading and developing a business team, and managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Understanding of consumer behavior trends and applications and implications for businesses.
- Ability to take complex business issues or solutions and structure them in a way that is simple and meaningful for audience.
- Ability to work in a fluid, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communications skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in identifying current and emerging client needs across critical commercial programs and support About
Team Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) teams in the activation of GCAS Incentive programs.
Own commercialization of programs with customers and sales teams to accelerate business and drive sustainable growth through strategic partnership, incentives, and pricing.
- Lead complex operations (ops) support for GCAS account teams, and identify ongoing opportunities to drive improvements and simplify processes in partnership with GTM and partner teams.
- Identify problems and translate them into tactical projects and work-streams for the teams, owning project scoping and team priorities, setting clear objectives, key results, and future direction that will impact multiple team members.
