In this role, you will provide outstanding gynecological care to women, addressing a range of health concerns and specializing in preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and diagnostic tests.
- Manage a variety of gynecological conditions, including infections, hormonal imbalances, and reproductive health issues.
- Perform surgical procedures as necessary, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding reproductive health, family planning, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans for patients.
- Stay abreast of medical advancements and participate in continuous professional development.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Board certification in Gynecology.
- Western medical qualification and experience preferred.
- Active medical license to practice in Bahrain or eligibility for licensure.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Consultant role within gynecology.
- Expertise in managing complex gynecological issues and performing surgical interventions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong patient relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
