Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

  • Possess knowledge about Electronic Financial Transactions (preferred).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • High School Diploma
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong PC skills.
  • Previous work experience in a similar role is an advantage.
