We’re looking for an experienced content designer to help improve and innovate on our core product experience—the foundations of Dropbox. You’ll craft content strategy and UX writing for features that help millions of people do amazing work every day. The role is on the newly centralized Content Design team within the Writing Studio, which is responsible for the quality, consistency, and excellence of writing across the company. While having regular touchpoints with other content designers, you’ll embed on the Core Experience Design team. You’ll join the design team’s meetings and design crits, and work closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and more. On Core Experience, you’ll own content design for key areas of our product like feature adoption, quality improvements, and customer retention. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining consistent language across web, mobile, and desktop platforms, making Dropbox feel seamless and easy to use.
Canada Pay Range
$100,700—$136,300 CAD
The range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE for this role, subject to change.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
