  • Lead content production with a primary focus on video editing — including cutting, sequencing, color correction, motion graphics, and subtitling (Thai/English) — ensuring every piece reflects the brand tone, cultural sensitivity, and mental health messaging
  • Support content creation with graphic design for social media, infographics, and campaign visuals, maintaining visual consistency and emotional impact
  • Edit and polish written content in both English and Thai with a strong eye for tone, clarity, and cultural nuance
  • Collaborate with content creators, therapists, and marketing teams to ensure brand voice consistency across written, visual, and video formats
  • Review and localize all forms of content to reflect Thai cultural sensitivity and mental health context
  • Help shape narratives for campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership pieces across multiple formats
  • Maintain editorial guidelines and champion clear, stigma-free language around mental health
  • Occasionally create original written or visual content for key campaigns

Requirements

  • Proficient editor with strong writing and editing skills in Thai, and good communication, reading, and writing abilities in English.
  • Deeply empathetic, culturally aware, and sensitive to the nuances of mental health communication
  • 1+ years of experience in content editing, journalism, publishing, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
  • Passionate about mental health, storytelling, and making a real difference

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in wellness, healthcare, or mental health-related content
  • Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, or social media writing
  • Familiarity with tone development or brand voice guides
