About the role:

We’re a fast-moving startup looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can roll up their sleeves and build our content engine from the ground up, driving user adoption, awareness, and growth for Replit. You’ll be hands-on—writing, experimenting, and iterating—while also building scalable systems to grow with us. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning complex ideas into compelling stories and wants to have an outsized impact at an early stage.

What You’ll Do

  • Own our end-to-end content strategy- aligning it to customer growth and acquisition goals.

  • Partner closely with product, growth, sales and community teams to turn launches, customer stories, and product insights into standout content.

  • Research the B2C and B2B buyer journey and write and edit high-quality content across formats (landing pages, product explainers, customer stories, blog posts, sales collateral, newsletters etc) that drive traffic and adoption.

  • Build and maintain a scalable content framework, a process for content creation and an editorial calendar.

  • Use data, SEO/GEO, and experimentation to refine content and formats for maximum reach, clarity, and conversion.

  • Collaborate with (and manage) freelancers or agencies to help scale production without losing authenticity.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, strategy, or growth at high-growth startups.

  • A track record of creating content that educates and converts across both business and technical audiences.

  • Experience with SEO/ GEO, growth loops, and content distribution, with a data-driven approach to content performance.

  • Ability to context-switch between scrappy execution (writing a blog post today) and strategic thinking (building next quarter’s content roadmap tomorrow).

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for making complex ideas simple and engaging.

  • Bonus points if you’ve created content for PMs, Designers, Entrepreneurs, Sales, Marketing & Operations teams or have experience with GEO.

Compensation Range: $160K - $220K
