Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Articulate Adobe Captivate Storyboarding Learning Content Development Curriculum Design and Instructional Designing. This role requires working from our office during night shifts focusing on creating impactful learning content.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and informative learning content using Articulate and Adobe Captivate to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create accurate storyboards for instructional materials.
• Design and implement curriculum that aligns with educational goals and objectives ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and interactive learning modules that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance adapting materials as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity consistency and quality adhering to company standards and guidelines.
• Work closely with the content management team to ensure seamless integration of learning materials into web portals.
• Provide support and guidance to team members in content development processes fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning content making improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in content development and instructional design to maintain competitive edge.
• Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive catering to a diverse audience with varying levels of expertise.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Articulate Adobe Captivate and Storyboarding with a proven track record in learning content development.
• Demonstrate expertise in curriculum design and instructional designing with a focus on creating impactful educational materials.
• Exhibit excellent command of the English language with strong reading writing and speaking skills.
• Experience in web portal and content management technologies is a plus enhancing content delivery and accessibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment adapting to changing priorities and demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content that meets organizational standards.

Certifications Required

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent certification in instructional design.
