KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are searching for a Manufacturing Engineer/Continuous Improvement Specialist to assist in assessing, monitoring, suggesting and assisting in implementation of improvements in our manufacturing plants. This will include production, shipping and receiving, and other business performance at the plant level. The ideal candidate will work with the Company’s Directors of Continuous Improvement and Engineering as well as the Regional Plant Leadership to analyze current practices and develop process improvements as well as implement changes in production workflow, equipment, and teams to enhance and ensure sustainable performance.
