The Corporate Legal Senior Manager - Contracts at Hyde Park Developments will oversee and manage all contractual agreements related to the company’s operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities:

    • Provide legal opinion on, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex corporate contracts and legal agreements including but not limited to vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, Mergers & Acquisitions, intellectual property ………. etc.
    • Ensure all contracts are legally sound, compliant with company policy, and aligned with business objectives.
    • Monitor contract lifecycle and ensure proper execution, renewal, or termination.
    • Provide legal risk assessments for proposed contractual arrangements and propose mitigation strategies.
    • Maintain and manage a centralized contracts database and tracking system.
    • Ensure timely compliance with corporate legal requirements, such as company filings, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
    • Support the formation, restructuring, or liquidation of legal entities as needed.
    • Act as liaison with external regulators, authorities, law first and legal bodies as needed.
    • Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
    • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations that may impact business operations.
    • Advise business units on legal rights and obligations and assess legal implications of projects and initiatives.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree or additional legal certifications (LLM, corporate law, contract law) is a plus.
    • Average 10 years of experience in corporate legal practice, governmental authorities preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house roles.
    • Strong expertise in commercial contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs.
    • Solid Industry experience in real estate is a must.
    • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
    • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
