We are seeking a qualified Corporate Sales Trainer to enhance our Verizon team's effectiveness and align our training initiatives with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs tailored to the sales team, ensuring alignment with market trends and company strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees, focusing on effective sales techniques, product expertise, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Utilize performance metrics to assess training effectiveness and modify programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and determine training needs based on team performance and organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to drive performance and maximize sales potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress, ensuring that all training documentation is up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Experience call center or Telcommunication environment is highly preferred
  • Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role, with a solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of effective training techniques and best practices in sales training.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training outcomes and make strategic adjustments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems.
