JOB OVERVIEW:
- Single point of contact for customers within the Area of responsibility for all products and services.
- Assume full responsibility for all sales and service activities, which include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, raising awareness of SPM products, delivering presentations, generating new opportunities, conducting market research, and analysing competitors. Understand the market landscape, provide tailored solutions, establish market pricing, coordinate deliveries, oversee order statuses, and actively manage accounts receivable. Travel may be required as part of the role. Set annual intake and revenue targets, drive sales growth, enhance market positioning, generate reports, participate in internal marketing and product meetings, establish and achieve goals, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives, and oversee financial performance in the designated country. Ensure timely submission of monthly Management Operating Reports (MOR).

What You Will Do:
- Consolidate existing business operations.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Promote SPM products both domestically and across geographical regions.
- Collaborate with service personnel, country staff, and senior management at SPM to achieve results.
- Partner with engineering, inside sales, and product specialists.
- Coordinate with HR, manufacturing, administration, and EHS teams.
- Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
- Create opportunities that provide local service with a competitive advantage.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor and track all market opportunities.
- Collect accurate market data.
- Manage and lead staff by example.
- Control costs and manage expenses effectively.
- Support the welfare and growth opportunities for staff.
- Plan for succession within the team.
- Focus on personal career development for the benefit of both the employee and the company.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to support functions in Saudi.
- Perform additional job duties as assigned by Caterpillar.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- College or University Education with 10+ years in the Oil & Gas Service sector with hands on experience, preferred
- 5+ Years in Sales and Marketing in O&G service sector
- Strong management skills.
- Solid commercial acumen.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements, quality assurance/control, and API specifications.
- In-depth cultural awareness.
