JOB PURPOSE:
As the single point of contact for customers within your area of responsibility, you will oversee all products and services, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction. You will take full responsibility for all sales and service activities, which includes contacting customers, raising product awareness, conducting presentations, and creating opportunities. Your role will involve thorough research to understand the market and competition, delivering tailored solutions, setting market pricing, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will monitor orders, actively manage accounts receivable, and travel as required to facilitate your position. Additionally, you will set annual intake and revenue budgets, aim to increase annual sales and market position, initiate reports, attend internal marketing and product meetings, set and meet KPIs and goals, introduce and monitor EHS initiatives, and manage company financials and expenses within your country of responsibility. Timely submission of monthly MOR reports will also be crucial.
In managing the Thailand staff and sales activities, as well as all Lifecycle Services (LS) operations, you will lead by example, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Coordination with service departments will be key to ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
