Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience in Coupa Contract Management and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Serv Retail and Supply Chain Management. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Coupa and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using Coupa Contract Management to streamline supply chain processes.
• Oversee the integration of Coupa with existing supply chain management systems.
• Provide technical expertise in Coupa to support supply chain management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Coupa solutions.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Coupa and supply chain management systems.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Coupa and supply chain management systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Coupa and supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in Coupa Contract Management.
• Must have experience in Supply Chain Management specifically in Serv Retail.
• Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Must be proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Should have experience in system integration and optimization.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate documentation.
