About the role

As a Coupa P2P & Risk Administrator Manager, you will make an impact by ensuring optimal performance and compliance of Coupa’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Risk Assess modules in alignment with Client Corporate Procurement policies. You will be a valued member of the Procurement Operations and Technology teams and work collaboratively with procurement managers, technology teams, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

· Administer and configure Coupa P2P and Risk Assess modules, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and compliance standards.

· Customize forms, approval workflows, catalogs, PO templates, and supplier onboarding processes within Coupa P2P.

· Coordinate Coupa release upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and leveraging new features in P2P and Risk Assess.

· Collaborate with Oracle EBS and other ERP teams to support and enhance integrations with Coupa P2P and Risk Assess.

· Analyze procurement and supplier risk processes to identify automation opportunities using Coupa capabilities.

What you need to have to be considered

· Experience administering and configuring Coupa P2P and Risk Assess modules.

· Strong understanding of procurement policies, compliance standards, and solution design documentation.

· Experience with customizing forms, approval workflows, catalogs, PO templates, and supplier onboarding in Coupa.

· Hands-on experience with integration management, especially with Oracle EBS and other ERP systems.

· Proficiency in developing and executing test plans for UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

These will help you stand out

· Experience in L2/L3 Enterprise Application Support.

· Familiarity with SAP FI & MM or Oracle EBS.

· Proficiency with FileZilla, Postman, JSON, XML, cXML, HTML, API, sFTP.

· Strong skills in MS Office Suite and MS Visio.

· Ability to deliver training and support to stakeholders on Coupa modules.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
