About the Role
ServiceNow is seeking a Creative Operations Lead to drive the operational backbone of our Brand Strategy and Creative function. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operations. If you’ve built and scaled in-house creative operations before, you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll Do
Resource Management: Own resourcing strategy for a large, high-performing creative team. Forecast, prioritize, and allocate talent across multiple workstreams, ensuring balance between speed, quality, and team wellbeing.
Operational Excellence: Design and optimize creative processes, systems, and tools that enable efficiency without stifling creativity.
AI Integration: Champion the use of AI in creative workflows, identifying where it accelerates production, enhances insights, or unlocks new creative possibilities.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Strategic Events, and other functions to align creative resourcing with business priorities.
Talent Development: Build relationships across the creative team, helping match people with the right opportunities and ensuring ongoing growth and development.
Contractor Network Management: Oversee and scale a network of contractors who supplement the in-house team, ensuring access to specialized expertise and seamless integration with ongoing work.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading in-house creative operations for a large, multi-disciplinary team (agency experience a strong plus).
Deep expertise in resourcing creative talent, balancing business needs, creative ambition, and team sustainability.
Strong background in creative workflows, tools, and systems—from project management platforms to review processes.
A strategic, AI-forward thinker who understands how AI can augment and accelerate creative work.
Exceptional communicator and collaborato…able to partner seamlessly with creative leaders, marketers, and executives.
A builder mindset: confident shaping processes from the ground up, while flexible enough to adapt as business needs evolve.
