Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (e.g., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working with campaigns and using insights to optimize performance.
  • Experience in strategy consulting or a marketing role with data-motivated decision making.
  • Knowledge of the APAC region's market trends, cultural nuances, and creator landscape.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the creator marketing goal, strategy, and operational plans for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, ensuring alignment with global goals.
  • Build regional marketing playbooks for product launches and campaigns, establishing best practices for media, measurement, and execution.
  • Oversee regional campaign performance, providing expert guidance to local marketing teams and ensuring execution across all markets.
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) into go-to-market strategies to drive innovation.
  • Act as a key partner to regional leadership, using data-motivated insights to influence product roadmaps and business strategy.
