CRM Analyst / Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Individual to join the Cloud Security Sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of deals by our sales teams. They will be responsible for supporting sellers in their day to day sales needs including unblocking issues during the booking process, supporting correct compensation and booking values and developing metrics to measure program effectiveness. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and data analysis skills, who is passionate about supporting our growing sales teams capabilities and speed to execution.

Roles and responsibilities

Track Sales Campaigns & Communication:

● Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

● Create reports on success metrics of sales campaigns

● Drive, track and support event registrations, customer follows ups and email or other sales collateral dispersal.

● Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

CRM Management & Data Integrity:

● Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

● Assist in training sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.

● Identify and recommend improvements to CRM processes and functionality.

Metrics and Reporting:

● Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into program performance and identify areas for improvement.

● Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for program optimization.

● Utilize CRM and other tools to track and report on partner engagement and program outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

● Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

● Work closely with sales managers to understand customer needs and tailor programs accordingly.

● Contribute to the development and improvement of sales enablement processes and best practices.

Skills Required

Data analysis - Experience working in SQL and other data systems to pull reports and analyze data.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

● Exceptional attention to detail

● Experience with metric and data analysis

Sales background - Basic understanding of sales processes and metrics
