We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Revenue Operations Team and assist in managing Workable’s CRM system and the related tech stack.
You will work within a fast-growing commercial environment to ensure core systems are reliable, accurate, and optimized for day-to-day use by end-users as well as for the delivery of key insights to leadership.
Your Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the main administrator for our Salesforce CRM, including the configuration of workflows, custom objects, validation rules, user roles, and permissions,APEX, Agentforce, Einstein.
- Ensure high data integrity through regular monitoring, deduplication efforts, and resolving any data discrepancies.
- Enhance and support integrations with external tools like Hubspot, Dealhub CPQ, and NetSuite.
- Work collaboratively with commercial stakeholders to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement scalable CRM solutions that align with team goals.
- Convert business requirements into technical configurations within CRM and create actionable reports or dashboards for leadership insights.
Operational & Deal Process Support
- Oversee the complete deal processing workflow, ensuring the accuracy of quotes, invoicing, and approvals for a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to enhance quote-to-cash processes, improve revenue tracking, and streamline operations.
- Support the Revenue Operations team by assisting with CRM and tools, including troubleshooting, resolving bugs, and addressing user inquiries.
Training, Documentation & Enablement
- Create and maintain documentation encompassing CRM configurations, process guides, and data dictionaries.
- Conduct training sessions and one-on-one user support to encourage adoption and empower teams in utilizing CRM tools efficiently.
Project & Cross-Functional Support
- Support CRM implementations, upgrades, and system improvements by collecting requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitating change management.
- Engage in strategic, cross-functional projects aimed at scaling commercial systems and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, accompanied by a strong analytical background (technical expertise is preferable)
- Over 3 years of direct experience in CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Siebel/CRM, SAP, Zoho CRM, Sage CRM, SugarCRM)
- Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and maintaining CRM platforms, including APEX (for Salesforce), custom objects, flows, validation rules, page layouts, triggers, and permission sets
- Significant experience in automating business processes, generating reports and dashboards, and conducting data analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with commercial, financial, and data teams—providing insights on CRM best practices and converting business needs into effective system configurations
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of supporting users and liaising across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and associated tools such as Hubspot, Dealhub CPQ, and NetSuite
- Experience with AI-driven productivity or CRM automation solutions (e.g., AI forecasting, enrichment, chat-based CRM assistants)
- Familiarity with lead/account-based marketing strategies and enhancement tools
- Background in Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations, particularly related to quote-to-cash, data governance, or tool support
