Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Deliver accurate information about flight schedules, policies, and airline services.
- Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is beneficial.
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for travel and basic knowledge of airline operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with customer service software and airline reservation systems is a plus.
