Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian.
  • Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Deliver accurate information about flight schedules, policies, and airline services.
  • Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • A passion for travel and basic knowledge of airline operations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and airline reservation systems is a plus.
