Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Croatian-speaking clients to understand their B2B integration needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between client systems and our platforms.
- Provide ongoing technical support during the integration process, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth transitions.
- Document all integration workflows and technical specifications for client and internal reference.
- Stay current with trends and technologies in the B2B integration landscape.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance our integration services and provide a superior client experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL, APIs) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
