Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to business operations and support services.
  • Proactively resolve client issues to enhance satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless business processes.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries in our support system.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and propose actionable solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in business support or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
  • A proactive and positive approach to assisting customers is essential.
