Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to business operations and support services.
- Proactively resolve client issues to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless business processes.
- Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries in our support system.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and propose actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in business support or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
- A proactive and positive approach to assisting customers is essential.
