Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Croatian-speaking corporate clients, providing dedicated and tailored assistance.
- Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring swift and accurate responses.
- Efficiently resolve client issues and concerns to promote overall satisfaction.
- Educate clients on our products and services, enhancing their understanding and experience.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback to inform service improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and company offerings to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
