Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
  • Assist customers with questions about our products and services.
  • Effectively resolve complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
  • Experience in a customer support role or similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous.
