Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
- Assist customers with questions about our products and services.
- Effectively resolve complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
- Experience in a customer support role or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous.
