Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product information and guidance to enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with team members to share insights and enhance customer service strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with premium consumer products is a plus.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
