Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information and guidance to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team members to share insights and enhance customer service strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and best practices in customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with premium consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
