Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and effective assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries with a focus on ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, making them feel valued and understood.
- Guide customers in navigating our products and services, helping them to overcome any challenges.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to support continual improvement in service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Stay informed about product updates and company changes to provide accurate support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Experience with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
