Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Croatian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and providing effective support.
- Help customers implement and utilize our products successfully to meet their objectives.
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities through attentive customer engagement.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and health metrics to proactively ensure positive experiences and minimize churn.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to facilitate improvements in services and products.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset to interpret customer data and trends effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with customer success software and CRM tools is advantageous.
