Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
- Assist customers with inquiries about subscriptions, content availability, and technical issues.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
- Educate customers about service features and guide them through troubleshooting steps.
- Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback for service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to a high-quality customer support environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- A keen interest in online streaming services and entertainment is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service software and platforms is beneficial.
