Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about subscriptions, content availability, and technical issues.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about service features and guide them through troubleshooting steps.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback for service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to a high-quality customer support environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • A keen interest in online streaming services and entertainment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and platforms is beneficial.
