Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance their travel experience.
- Educate customers on available travel options and guide them through the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Interest in the travel industry is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with online travel booking systems is a plus.
