Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance their travel experience.
  • Educate customers on available travel options and guide them through the booking process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in the travel industry is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with online travel booking systems is a plus.
