Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding email support to Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and thorough responses to their inquiries.
  • Identify and solve customer issues based on their requests and feedback.
  • Clearly articulate solutions and guide customers in resolving their concerns effectively.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain documentation in the support system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and address common challenges.
  • Stay informed about product details and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong written communication skills for engaging effectively with customers via email.
  • Prior experience in customer service or email support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
