Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Croatian-speaking end-users through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues involving computer systems, software applications, and networking.
- Guide users through solutions and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the service management system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and address complex technical concerns.
- Remain informed about the latest industry trends and products to enhance support capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or ticketing systems is advantageous.
