- Deliver high-quality frontline support to Croatian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in resolving inquiries and effectively troubleshoot any issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services.
- Document customer interactions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
