Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality frontline support to Croatian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries and effectively troubleshoot any issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services.
  • Document customer interactions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with computer systems and customer service software.
