Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Croatian-speaking players through channels like forums, social media, and live chat.
- Effectively handle gameplay questions, technical issues, and community feedback with professionalism.
- Encourage player interaction and help create a welcoming and positive community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the development team to relay player feedback and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed about game content, features, and community guidelines to provide accurate assistance.
- Log player interactions and identify recurring issues to enhance the overall gaming experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on community engagement.
- A genuine passion for gaming and understanding of gaming cultures and trends.
- Prior experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and customer support software is preferred.
