Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding helpdesk support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer inquiries and technical challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with users, offering clear solutions and guidance.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain thorough records in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance support processes and share knowledge.
  • Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
