Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding helpdesk support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer inquiries and technical challenges.
- Communicate effectively with users, offering clear solutions and guidance.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain thorough records in the system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance support processes and share knowledge.
- Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
