Responsibilities
- Offer top-notch in-game support to Croatian-speaking players through chat, email, and social media.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of in-game issues, including account inquiries, gameplay challenges, and technical difficulties.
- Gather and analyze player feedback to identify and escalate common concerns for further action.
- Maintain detailed records of support interactions, documenting issues and solutions accurately.
- Work closely with game developers to relay player feedback and suggest enhancements to the gaming experience.
- Stay up-to-date with game updates, features, and relevant industry trends to assist players comprehensively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or gaming support roles is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to solve problems and exceptional attention to detail.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and an understanding of player engagement practices is advantageous.
