In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking customers. Your key responsibilities will include managing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering detailed information about our products and services in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Croatian-speaking clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Educate customers about our products and services, enhancing their overall understanding and satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and resolve more complex inquiries.
  • Stay informed about company products and policies to provide reliable and informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to assisting customers achieve their needs.
