Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone in Croatian.
  • Assist users with account management, platform navigation, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of service and share insights from customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on platform features and enhancements to provide accurate assistance.
  • Contribute to the improvement of support resources and customer guides.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer support or service roles, particularly in an online context, is preferred.
