Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone in Croatian.
- Assist users with account management, platform navigation, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of service and share insights from customer feedback.
- Stay updated on platform features and enhancements to provide accurate assistance.
- Contribute to the improvement of support resources and customer guides.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer support or service roles, particularly in an online context, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
