In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our Croatian-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and resolving their service-related queries. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service desk support to Croatian-speaking customers via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve various technical issues associated with our products and services.
- Guide users through standard procedures and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within the service desk system.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and service updates to better assist clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential, with a good command of English preferred.
- Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with service desk software or customer relationship management systems is a plus.
- A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional service is required.
