Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service desk support to Croatian-speaking customers via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve various technical issues associated with our products and services.
  • Guide users through standard procedures and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within the service desk system.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and service updates to better assist clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential, with a good command of English preferred.
  • Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with service desk software or customer relationship management systems is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional service is required.
