Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and phone in Croatian.
- Assist users with account inquiries, content exploration, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, subscriptions, and billing.
- Document customer interactions and solutions for accurate tracking and improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer challenges efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest platform features, content releases, and industry trends to enhance support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially within technology or streaming services, is preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and their functionalities is advantageous.
