Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Croatian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to our services and products.
  • Provide clear information and effective solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document all issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices.
  • Stay current on product features and market trends to assist customers efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a focus on customer service.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in technology and a dedication to providing excellent support is essential.
