In this vital role, you will be essential in managing relationships with our Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring they receive outstanding technical support and tailored solutions. Your technical skill set and proactive customer service approach will be key in helping clients maximize their use of our products and in fostering long-lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for Croatian-speaking clients, delivering expert guidance and support as needed.
- Assess client requirements to propose customized technical strategies that align with their goals.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients to ensure seamless integration and launch of our services.
- Continuously monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for upselling.
- Conduct regular meetings to evaluate account health and gather valuable feedback to improve services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in technical account management, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills aimed at client success.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and account management tools is beneficial.
