Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to Croatian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and guiding them on usage.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our support database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and the quality of service deliverables.
- Stay updated on product developments and technological advancements to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a proficient level of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills focused on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer support software is a plus.
- A genuine passion for technology and helping others is necessary.
