Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their inquiries related to products and services, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Facilitate the process of orders, bookings, and any changes as requested by the customers.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collect customer feedback to improve processes and service delivery continuously.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry changes to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within a multilingual environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Proficiency in using customer management software and computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle stress effectively.
- A willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
