Your New Role

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, taking calls and emails, solving problems, and making sure every interaction feels seamless and positive. What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Provide professional, timely solutions to customer requests
• Manage complaints and escalations with empathy and confidence
• Record and update customer information accurately in the system
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure great customer outcomes
