Responsibilities:
Welcoming and engaging with visitors, offering insightful information and addressing inquiries.
Managing retail operations, including merchandise displays and sales.
Coordinating and supporting a team of dedicated volunteers to ensure they provide high-quality service.
Handling administrative tasks such as booking management and maintaining public areas.
Skills

Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
The ability to inspire and lead volunteers to deliver great service.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, adept at building positive relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
