About the Role

This is more than just a customer service job, it's your chance to take full ownership of the customer experience from start to finish. You'll be the go-to person for our clients, building strong and lasting relationships by providing second-to-none service. You'll work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibile for customer shipments, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

  • Monitor container movements, check and prepare cargo releases and handle shipment inquiries.

  • Resolve issues, queries and outstanding payments.

  • Handle all matters related to import, export cargo with precision and care.

About You

  • Customer service experience within the logistics industry.

  • You're confident learning new computer systems and internal procedures and can work effectively under pressure.

  • Good communication skills, can converse with people at all levels, and are well-organised.
