We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join a busy team supporting major concrete customers. This is a short-term opportunity through Christmas (with the potential to continue into the new year) and is an excellent chance to step into a demanding but rewarding role.
Location: Doncaster (onsite parking available)
Hours: 7:00am – 2:00/3:00pm
Start: Monday!
Interviews: Commencing immediately via MS Teams
You’ll be the key point of contact for major concrete customers, managing high volumes of incoming requests. This is a fast-paced and demanding role, where no two days are the same.
Handling customer calls and providing exceptional service (customers aren’t always happy, so resilience is key!)
Assisting with quotes, purchase orders, and order processing
Scheduling and liaising with internal teams
Supporting the customer service team (based in QLD)
Raising and tracking quotes in a timely manner
Previous experience in customer service, operations, internal sales, or account coordination within an industrial, construction, or concrete-related environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure role
SAP experience highly beneficial
A proactive, customer-first approach with strong communication skills
