We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join a busy team supporting major concrete customers. This is a short-term opportunity through Christmas (with the potential to continue into the new year) and is an excellent chance to step into a demanding but rewarding role.

About the Role

  • Location: Doncaster (onsite parking available)

  • Hours: 7:00am – 2:00/3:00pm

  • Start: Monday!

  • Interviews: Commencing immediately via MS Teams

You’ll be the key point of contact for major concrete customers, managing high volumes of incoming requests. This is a fast-paced and demanding role, where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer calls and providing exceptional service (customers aren’t always happy, so resilience is key!)

  • Assisting with quotes, purchase orders, and order processing

  • Scheduling and liaising with internal teams

  • Supporting the customer service team (based in QLD)

  • Raising and tracking quotes in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, internal sales, or account coordination within an industrial, construction, or concrete-related environment

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure role

  • SAP experience highly beneficial

  • A proactive, customer-first approach with strong communication skills
