Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calls) Short-Term Contract

Are you an excellent communicator with a positive attitude? We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative for a short-term contract. This role is based in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.

In this position, you'll be making outbound calls to customers from a provided database. Your main goal is to provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers from an established database.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Document customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A reliable and professional work ethic.
• Valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months is Mandatory.
