Job Summary

The SPE-Policy Servicing role is crucial in managing and optimizing policy servicing processes within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy the candidate will utilize their expertise in MS Office to enhance operational workflows. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a day shift work-from-office environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize policy servicing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to enhance operational workflows and improve data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy servicing and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and areas for improvement providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline policy servicing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all servicing activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all policy servicing activities.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and process adherence.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in policy servicing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and Word to manage data and create reports.
  • Possess strong knowledge and experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Display strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
