About the Role:
ProHealth is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our in-person team at headquarters. This individual will be a key part of our day-to-day operations, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and staff alike. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and partners by answering high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Promptly return voicemails and ensure all inquiries are followed up on thoroughly and accurately.
- Handle patient questions, concerns, and scheduling needs or route them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks at headquarters including data entry, mail handling, filing, supply organization, and general office support.
- Provide real-time support to our clinics and departments, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication.
- Ensure every patient and partner receives top-tier service, reflecting ProHealth’s mission and values.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using phone systems, email, and office tools.
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for in-person work required.
